The England captain is back among the goals at Bayern Munich, helping them to six points from their opening two Bundesliga games, and is determined to bring his long wait for elusive major silverware to a close in 2024-25.
Kane is about to join up with the Three Lions for the start of their latest UEFA Nations League campaign – fresh from reaching the final of Euro 2024 – but has been making the most of an opportunity to hit the fairways and greens before turning his attention back to football matters.
US Open winner Rose linked up with Kane, Shevchenko and Maddison for a friendly round at the iconic Sunningdale golf course. No indication has been offered as to who fared best on the day, with Rose merely stating that there was “some talent out there”.
Kane has never hidden his love of golf, much like fellow former Spurs star Gareth Bale, and has hinted at exploring a route into that profession once the day comes to hang up his boots – while there has also been talk of him trying his hand at place-kicking in the NFL.
