Dembélé has been in great form for Paris Saint-Germain, which has already clinched the Ligue 1 title and is considered one of the favourites to win the Champions League thanks to his excellent form and attractive, free-flowing style of play. On the eve of their quarter-final second leg against Aston Villa, the France international was asked directly if this PSG side is the best he has ever played for.
Dembele said: "I have played for some great teams. I remember Rennes was also a very good team. I don't know if this Paris Saint-Germain is the best team I have ever played for, because when I was in Barcelona, I played with Messi. For me, he is the greatest player ever. But Paris Saint-Germain is definitely one of the teams I am happiest playing for."
Beijing time on April 16 at 3:00, Paris Saint-Germain will usher in the second leg of the Champions League quarter-finals with Aston Villa. In the first leg, Paris defeated Villa 3-1 at home.
