35-year-old English striker Dwight Gayle announced his retirement.
Dwight Gayle, 35, played for Hibernian in the Scottish Premier League this season. He made 29 appearances in all competitions, including 7 starts, and contributed 6 goals and 4 assists.
Gayle played for Newcastle United, Crystal Palace, West Bromwich Albion, Stoke City, Derby County, Peterborough United and other teams. Gayle played 122 times for Newcastle and scored 34 times, and played 74 times for Crystal Palace and scored 25 goals.
He once won the EFL Championship in the 16/17 season with Newcastle United, which was also the only championship in his career.
