Just three players retained their positions in Guatemala's starting lineup from qualifying matchdays three to four: Nicholas Hagen, Jose Morales, and Jose Carlos Pinto.

Darwin Lom and Oscar Santis are Guatemala's leading goalscorers for this competition, each having tallied 12 goals for the national team.
