Wolves are performing exceptionally well under Vitor Pereira. What are your thoughts on them?
"I think he is doing an outstanding job, implementing a 3-4-3 formation effectively and making strategic player changes. He has a squad with high-quality players like Cunha, who are in top form and full of energy, so we anticipate a challenging match. We'll need significant support from our fans on Sunday, even though it's been a difficult season and I hate to ask, but we truly need them."
You've mentioned considering risks with your team selection this weekend. How many changes do you plan to make?
"I'll assess it further; players like Dalot are always prepared, but he was quite fatigued today. For those at risk of injury, we'll try to protect them, so decisions will be made tomorrow [Friday]."
You've indicated a willingness to play the younger players. Do you feel they are prepared?
"It's not the ideal time or season to introduce young players, as they need a solid foundation to showcase their abilities. However, circumstances require it, and sometimes it yields surprises. For instance, Ayden [Heaven] performed well when he played due to injuries, and now he's part of the squad. If he's ready and can compete, he'll get opportunities. Amass also did well today, and Chido [Obi] showed promise in his appearances. It's a tough period, but if we must, we'll proceed."
Will Victor Lindelof be available?
"He is available now; he had personal matters, similar to Nous [Mazraoui], which required him to step away. But everything is resolved, and while football is important, some things take precedence. They will be ready for the Wolves game."
You haven't been able to feature Chido in the Europa League. Is he likely to see more minutes in the Premier League?
"Yes, I believe so."
Regarding Nous, when you mention personal issues, did this arise during the game?
"Both his and Lindelof's issues occurred during the game, and sometimes these things are unavoidable, especially with everything that's happened this season. But it's all sorted now."
How impressed were you with Andre Onana's performance?
"I thought he played really well; it was a strong game, and he needs to keep building on that. I'm pleased for him after a challenging period, but now he must stay focused for the next match."
You mentioned Cunha. What are your impressions of him over the last two seasons? He's expressed a desire to advance his career—do you think he could fit at Manchester United?
"I only brought him up as an example because I recall he's been scoring a lot of goals. That's all there is to it."
