Manchester City suffered another setback before the FA Cup final, with experienced midfielder Mateo Kovacic picking up a knock, joining Rodri (ACL), Nathan Ake (ankle), Oscar Bobb (thigh), and John Stones (thigh) on the sidelines; his availability for Tuesday's match remains uncertain.

Although Kevin De Bruyne was limited in his recent outing, the departing icon is expected to feature in the starting lineup for his final home game in a sky blue shirt, potentially being substituted in the second half for a proper send-off at the Etihad.

Guardiola should feel free to make adjustments elsewhere, as Matheus Nunes, Nico Gonzalez, and Phil Foden look to return to the starting XI, while Rico Lewis and James McAtee might also feature after being omitted from the Wembley squad.

Both Guardiola and Iraola are dealing with midfield issues, as Bournemouth's young star Alex Scott sustained a serious facial injury from an elbow by Aston Villa's Tyrone Mings last weekend; he has undergone surgery for a broken jaw and will miss the rest of the season.

Scott joins long-term absentees Enes Unal (knee) and Ryan Christie (groin) in the treatment room, with Iraola also doubtful about Dango Ouattara (adductor) and Luis Sinisterra (thigh) playing again this season.

Fortunately for Iraola, Justin Kluivert can directly replace the injured Scott in midfield; the Dutchman's return could see Lewis Cook shift to a deeper role alongside Tyler Adams, while Kluivert supports Evanilson, who has scored five goals in his last five Premier League away starts.

In defense, Dean Huijsen's upcoming move to Real Madrid has been confirmed, but the £50m player is likely to start for Bournemouth in what could be one of his final appearances.

Manchester City possible starting lineup:

Ederson; Nunes, Dias, Gvardiol, O'Reilly; Gonzalez, Gundogan; Savinho, De Bruyne, Marmoush; Haaland

Bournemouth possible starting lineup:

Kepa; Smith, Zabarnyi, Huijsen, Kerkez; Cook, Adams; Semenyo, Kluivert, Tavernier; Evanilson
