England announced its U19 European Under-19 Championship roster, including Dibling, Dale, Rigg, and Wheatley. This year's European Under-19 Championship will kick off in Romania in June. England's group matches will be against Norway on June 14, Germany on June 17, and the Netherlands on June 20.
