The results of the U23 Asian Cup Qualifiers Draw are out, and China is in Group D with Australia, Timor-Leste, and the Northern Mariana Islands.

Group D will be hosted by China. After the competition area has been selected and approved by the Asian Football Confederation, the competition will be held in Xi'an, Shaanxi Province from September 3 to 9.

The final stage of the 7th U23 Asian Cup in 2026 will be held in Saudi Arabia from January 7 to 25 next year, and the qualifying stage will be held from September 1 to 9 this year.

The qualifying stage will be divided into 11 groups. In the group stage, each team will play a single round-robin match and be ranked according to points. The first place in each group and the four best second-placed teams will qualify.
