
Paco Lopez becomes Leganes' new head coach

After being relegated in the 2024-25 La Liga season, Leganes fired head coach Borja Jiménez.
On June 10, local time, Leganes officially announced that the club had reached an agreement with Paco Lopez, who will serve as the team's head coach. The 57-year-old Spanish coach signed a one-year contract and will officially debut on Wednesday local time.
Paco Lopez has previously served as head coach for teams such as Cadiz, Granada, Levante, and Levante II.
