At the beginning of each round in the 2025 NBA Playoffs, Oklahoma City Thunder superstar Shai Gilgeous-Alexander unveiled a new colorway of his signature sneaker, the Converse SHAI 001.

He reserved the most impressive colorway for the end of Oklahoma City's championship journey.

Moments after the buzzer sounded in the Thunder's 103-91 victory over the Pacers in Game 7 of the NBA Finals, Gilgeous-Alexander went to the stands to share the moment with his loved ones. As he returned to the court, he had a golden colorway of the signature shoe around his neck.

Throughout the Thunder's championship celebration, Gilgeous-Alexander wore a gold pair of the Converse SHAI 001 around his neck.

Fans got a clear view of the sneakers during Gilgeous-Alexander's postgame interview with ESPN's Lisa Salters.

The metallic gold colorway reflects the shine of the Larry O'Brien Trophy and the Bill Russell Finals MVP award. As Gilgeous-Alexander lifted his awards, the color match was unmistakable.

This is the latest in the SHAI 001 rollout, which included Gilgeous-Alexander featuring various colorways in Drake's 'NOKIA' music video.

Since the video was in black and white, fans are learning the details of the colorways as Gilgeous-Alexander reveals them on game days.

As the confetti settled, Converse released a special advertisement honoring their ambassador's championship achievement.
