Celtic in talks to sign LA midfielder Bogusz

Celtic are in talks to sign Los Angeles attacking midfielder Mateusz Bogusz.

It’s understood they plan to sign the 22-year-old regardless of whether Matt O’Riley leaves the club this summer.

The MLS side are hoping to secure a sizeable fee, with negotiations ongoing between the two clubs.

Bogusz, who was on the books at Leeds between 2019-2023, is said to be on the verge of a call-up to the Poland squad.

Celtic will enter the market for another midfielder if O’Riley leaves, with Augsburg’s Arne Engels their top target to replace him.
