Without the need to rotate players, Claudio Ranieri is expected to field a settled lineup on Sunday, with his primary focus on who will lead Roma's attack.
Eldor Shomurodov and Artem Dovbyk were paired in the match against Inter, but Ranieri might drop one this weekend, allowing Matias Soule to partner with the other - Soule has scored five goals in Serie A this season, all away from home.
With Saud Abdulhamid and Victor Nelsson anticipated to return, star player Paulo Dybala - already ruled out for the rest of the season - could be Roma's only absentee.
Meanwhile, Fiorentina will be without Dodo due to appendicitis and Danilo Cataldi due to a muscular injury, but Moise Kean returned to the bench in Seville after a week-long absence for personal reasons.
Sitting second in this season's Capocannoniere rankings, Kean has scored three Serie A goals against Roma so far, including a brace in their 5-1 victory in October.
It remains uncertain whether he starts at the Stadio Olimpico or if Lucas Beltran and Albert Gudmundsson continue their new attacking partnership.
Roma possible starting lineup:
Svilar; Celik, Mancini, Ndicka; Saelemaekers, Cristante, Kone, Angelino; Soule, Pellegrini; Dovbyk
Fiorentina possible starting lineup:
De Gea; Pongracic, Mari, Comuzzo; Folorunsho, Fagioli, Adli, Mandragora, Gosens; Gudmundsson, Kean
