All eyes will be on Mbappé at Montjuïc as the French striker aims to make history in El Clásico. He could not only become Real Madrid's most prolific first-season player but also overtake Robert Lewandowski in the race for the Pichichi Trophy (La Liga's top scorer)—both milestones requiring just one more goal.

Mbappé has netted 24 league goals this season, while Lewandowski sits at 25. This clash could decide both the title race and the Golden Boot.

With 24 goals in 30 La Liga matches, Mbappé is on the verge of a historic achievement. Only Cristiano Ronaldo (26 in 09/10) and Ruud van Nistelrooy (25 in 06/07) scored more in their debut Madrid campaigns—though Ronaldo didn’t win the Pichichi that year, while Van Nistelrooy did.

Another record in sight is Iván Zamorano’s 37-goal tally in 1992-93, the benchmark for a Real Madrid newcomer. Mbappé currently has 36, an astonishing feat despite early-season fluctuations.

With four La Liga games left and the Club World Cup ahead, Mbappé is almost certain to surpass Zamorano and could reach 40 goals in his maiden season.

Winning the Pichichi in his first La Liga campaign would crown an extraordinary debut—a feat few have ever achieved.
